Ordered 4 tires that shipped from the same warehouse, 2 were delivered when said, the other two shipped to a different state first, I took time off work to be able to make installation appointment today an the shop doesn't have my all my tires because of tire rack, so I'll have to take more time off work and pay another installation fee because tire rack can't keep items together that come from the same warehouse

Awesome. Ordered two Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02s for my E39 M5, arrived after just one day the SF Bay Area. Fair pricing and insanely fast shipping. Couldn’t ask for more.

Horrible customer service. They will not honor your tire warranties. In any situation, i've had several tires from them fail time and time again, they refused to honor their warranty. What good is a company If it's not a company of its own word?

Thank you guys for shipping super fast. Ordered a pair of brake rotors on Friday, through the online website. Got them Saturday morning near Sacramento Ca on Saturday. You guys are faster than Amazon. Thank you again!

First time I've ever picked up a set of tires and wheels from the DC. Process was super easy and I saved myself over a hundred bucks on shipping. Took them home and everything mounted up easy. The balance felt great on a test drive and I didn't see any scratches on my new wheels from the installation equipment. Highly recommend coming here if you are getting tires with wheels.
